Having successfully mastered the draught dispense clean cycles, Cambridge Scientific Solutions turned to cask. Using our knowledge of microbial inhibition, the next challenge became to focus on the cask shelf life. As avid ale drinkers, the company is disappointed with the demise of the industry and loss of choice on the bar.
The latest inhibitors have extended the life cycle of 3 separate cask ales on trial significantly. The longest period is 21 days!
